Here we are and May is halfway through. I have been remiss. To be perfectly honest we haven’t been doing as much cooking as we are known for, that is soon to change in June when our CSA starts, veggies galore, and eggs this time too. Regardless of the fact that we have slowed down in the kitchen I still managed to pull together some good eats shots from the month of April.
We have, Turkey Sandwich on Cranberry Oat roll and the obvious crudites. Falafel Salad with Organic Grape Tomatoes. FoodShed Market Greens dressed al la Mylo. And may I introduce you to our Papaya friend? We had a delicious affair. Mylo went Tart-tastic this month… Pear and Goat Cheese with Carmelized Onions & Zucchini, Bacon with Swiss Gruyere. Decadent and yet so easy. Also, home grown bean sprouts. Enough said!
